Q: What kind of land do you have available?
A: We specialize in land that is vacant and undeveloped. Some of our property may have service (i.e. sewer, water, power, etc.) and some of our property may be completely raw (i.e. no sewer, water, power, etc.). We offer both since different investors want different things. We’ll let you know what is available with each property.

Q: Why are the properties discounted so much on this site?  Wouldn’t you just keep the best deals for yourself?

A: You’ll find land investment properties on this site are discounted around 30% to 50% because of our proprietary marketing systems that get in touch with land owners who need to sell their property. Often times they may want to sell because they need the money so our company can help them out by buying their raw land quickly for cash… which is a win-win. Then, we pass the discount along to you.

Q: How are the properties on this site different from ones I’d find on the MLS?

A: Great question! Most of the land investments you’ll find on our site are ones that you’ll never find on the MLS. The MLS is the “Multiple Listing Service” which is where real estate agents list properties for sale.  We work directly with the home owners because many times we’re able to help them solve their problem more quickly and cheaper than listing it on the MLS.

Q: Are you an agent that lists land for sale?

A: Another great question. No, we are not agents. We buy land and sell land.

Q: Can I use bank financing to buy these properties?

A: We work with investors who buy in many different ways. However, we tend to work with people who can close quickly, so most of our clients pay cash. Q: How do I make an offer on a property?

Q: How often do you add new investment properties to the site and Signature Buyers List?

A: We’re always sourcing new investment properties… and adding them to this site on a continual basis. So, check back often as our properties tend to sell very quickly.

Q: How quickly does it take to transfer ownership of the property to me?

A: We will have a signed special warranty deed created under the ownership name of your choice and in the mail within as little as 3 days after receiving payment for the property. We mail all deeds via USPS Priority which takes between 3-5 days to arrive to you. We will send a scanned copy of the signed deed to you prior to shipping along with the tracking information so that you know exactly what to expect.

Q: What do I do after I receive the signed deed in my name?

A: As soon as you receive the signed deed in your name you will then need to contact the County Recorder and ask for instructions on how to have the deed recorded under your name. You can do this in person or via mail but it must be done ASAP.
